What is your name and where are you from?

Jacky Chen / Taiwan

What is your current position in FTI and how long have you worked here?

I’m a Sales Consultant for the Asian Pacific region and I’ve been with FTI for about one year.

What are the main functions of your job?

My main responsibilities are to promote FTI products and brands, and expand our customer base in the Asia Pacific region.

Can you describe a typical working day for you in FTI?

Every day I look for any new opportunity to promote FTI products, prospecting new clients and keep in touch with clients.

What are the main challenges you face in your job, and how do you overcome them?

Most clients need help in understanding the difference between a regular and a professional discs. I provide them all related information about FTI professional products and help them understand how to sell such products.

Who do you work most closely with in FTI, and how would you describe the spirit of teamwork within the company?

I work very closely with Michael Gutowski, the CEO of FTI who is also in charge of Global Sales and I really enjoy working with him: it’s great.

What is the best thing about work for FTI?

I enjoy every aspect of working at FTI.

What do you like to do outside of work for fun?

I like to go to the gym and exercise.

What is your favorite food?

Thai Shrimp
